NCCPA Endowed Scholarship provides financial assistance to student members of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) who are underrepresented minorities or economically and/or educationally disadvantaged.

Requirements

This program is open to AAPA student members who have completed at least 1 semester of an accredited physician assistant program.

Applicants must qualify as 1) an underrepresented minority (American Indian, Alaska Native, Black or African American, Hispanic or Latino, Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander, or Asian); 2) economically disadvantaged (with income below a specified level); or 3) educationally disadvantaged (from a high school with low SAT scores, from a school district in which less than half of graduates go on to college, has a diagnosed physical or mental impairment, English is not their primary language, the first member of their family to attend college).
