Requirements

This program is open to North Carolina residents who are convenience store employees, direct store delivery vendors, or their immediate families; the qualifying employee or vendor must work for a store or company that is a member of North Carolina Petroleum and Convenience Marketers (NCPCM).

Applicants must be attending or planning to attend an accredited vocational school, 2year college, or 4-year college or university in any state.

Selection is based on academic achievement, work history, community involvement, and financial need.
