Requirements

This program is open to employees of NNFA/NALA member facilities who are interested in enrolling in a program to prepare for a career as a nursing home administrator.

Applicants must pledge to practice their administrative skills at an NNFA/NALA member facility following completion of their program for at least 1 year.
