Nebraska Section Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of Nebraska interested in preparing for a career in range management or range science at a school in any state.

Requirements

This program is open to Nebraska residents who are sophomores, juniors, or seniors with at least 1 academic year remaining at a 4-year college or university in any state.

The school must 1) offer a major or option in range management or range science; or 2) have a Range Plant ID Team or Range Management Club.

Applicants must submit a 1page resume of their background, objectives, educational program, career plans, and why they believe a scholarship award would be justified in their case.

Selection is based on academic achievement, leadership, and participation in activities, especially those that are rangerelated.
