New England Fastener Distributors Association Scholarship provides financial assistance to children of employees of member companies of the New England Fastener Distributors Association (NEFDA) who are interested in attending college in any state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to children of employees of NEFDA member companies (which are located throughout the country).
  • First preference is given to students entering college for the first time; the second preference is given to students currently enrolled at a college or university in any state.
  • Applicants must submit a 2page essay on their choice of 3 topics that change annually but relate to current issues.
  • Selection is based on that essay, academic record, and community involvement.
  • The highestranked applicant receives the Ed Otto Memorial Scholarship.
