This program is open to enrolled members of the Nez Perce Tribe who are attending or planning to attend a college, university, or vocational/technical school in any state to work on a vocational certificate or an associate, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral/professional degree.

Applicants must submit documentation of financial need and a personal letter describing their educational goals and future plans.
