Requirements

This program is open to high school seniors, high school graduates, and currently-enrolled college students in Vermont who are enrolled or planning to enroll at a college or university in any state.

Applicants must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

They must be able to demonstrate how they have faced adversity or overcome hardship.

Selection is based on that essay, a letter of recommendation, and financial need.
