The North Banks Rotary Scholarship program recognizes graduating high school seniors from Dare County in North Carolina. Students demonstrating a strong academic record, good character, and are seeking a degree at College of The Albemarle are welcome to apply. Financial need may also be considered. This scholarship is managed by College of The Albemarle Foundation. Students who have been involved in clubs, athletics, and athletics receive special consideration.
