Requirements

This program is open to members of the NCPHA Nursing Section who have been employed in public health for at least 3 years.

Applicants must be currently enrolled in an advanced nursing program (e.g., B.S.N., master's) and have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

They must confirm in writing that they intend to work in a public health agency in North Carolina for at least 2 years following completion of their educational program.

Financial need is considered in the selection process.
