Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in North Dakota who complete a prescribed graduation curriculum.

Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher with no grade lower than a "C" in any unit, a score of 24 or higher on the ACT, and a completed AP course.

They must be planning to attend a public or private college or university in North Dakota.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
