North Dakota Stockmen's Foundation Endowment Scholarship provides financial assistance to students interested in enrolling at North Dakota colleges and universities and major in fields related to the beef industry.

Requirements

This program is open to residents of North Dakota who are high school seniors or freshmen, sophomores or juniors at colleges and universities in the state.

Applicants must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher and be majoring or planning to major in agribusiness, agricultural communications, animal science, farm and ranch management, preveterinary medicine, range science, or another field related to the beef industry.

They must be members of the North Dakota Stockmen's Association in their own name or through their parents and have an interest in the beef cattle industry of the state.

They must also submit a separate essay on an issue that is important to North Dakota cattle producers.

Selection is based on the information in those essays, interest in the beef industry, and financial need.
