Requirements

This program is open to U.S. citizens of Hispanic descent who are enrolled full-time at 1 of 29 designated colleges or universities in the United States or Puerto Rico.

Applicants must be SHPE members majoring in computer science, engineering (aeronautical, aerospace, computer, electrical, industrial, materials, mechanical, software, or systems), or materials science.

They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Selection is based on academic standing and financial need.
