OAPA Past Presidents Leadership Scholarship provides financial assistance to students from any state who are enrolled in a physician assistant program in Ohio and can demonstrate a record of leadership.

Requirements

This program is open to residents of any state enrolled in the first or second year of an accredited physician assistant program at a college or university in Ohio.

Applicants must have been members of both the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the Ohio Association of Physician Assistants (OAPA) for at least 3 months.

They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and a record of participation in the community, volunteer service, and leadership activities.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
