Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in San Mateo County, California who are members of the Asian-Pacific American community.

Applicants must be planning to attend an accredited college or university in any state.

Selection for most awards is based on SAT scores and/or GPA, leadership and creativity, community service and volunteerism, and financial need; however, 1 scholarship is awarded strictly on the basis of overall merit (e.g., SAT scores, GPA, honors, leadership, activities, achievements) and 1 are awarded strictly on the basis of community service (e.g., volunteer activities, activism, leadership).
