The Ocracoke Island Realty and Village Realty Scholarship program supports students from northeastern North Carolina. Graduating high school seniors, home-schooled students, and college students who demonstrate academic performance are welcome to apply. Dependents of employees of Village Realty and/or Ocracoke Island Realty receive special consideration.

Graduating high school seniors, including homeschooled students, and current college students

Demonstrate academic performance Preference is given to dependents of employees of Village Realty and/or Ocracoke Island Realty.
