Requirements

This program is open to graduating high school seniors who are dependents of 1) military members (officer or enlisted, active-duty, retired, or deceased) assigned to Offutt Air Force Base; 2) military members (officer or enlisted, active-duty, retired, or deceased) assigned to a local military unit serviced by Offutt Air Force Base; or 3) GS-7 or above civilian employees, employed or retired from employment at Offutt Air Force Base.

Selection is based on that essay, GPA, SAT and/or ACT scores, and involvement in the school, community, and workplace.

Financial need is not considered.
