Requirements

This program is open to multicultural (African American/Black, Hispanic/Latino, Asian, Native American, Alaskan Native, or Pacific Islander) students who are entering their junior year at an accredited 4-year college or university.

Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and be working on a degree in public relations, journalism, or other fields to prepare for a career in public relations.

Selection is based on academic achievement, specific examples of commitment to service and social responsibility, awards and honors received for academic or extracurricular achievements, writing skills, and letters of recommendation.
