Requirements

This program is open to residents of Ohio who are veterans, the children or grandchildren of veterans, or the spouses of veterans.

Applicants must be graduating high school seniors or students and/or adults currently enrolled at a college or university.

They must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

Selection is based on academic aptitude and financial need.
