Ohio EPA Scholarship provides financial assistance to students from any state who are majoring in environmental-related fields at a college in Ohio.

Requirements

This program is open to residents of any state who are entering the second year at a community or technical college in Ohio or the final year at a 4-year college or university in the state.

Applicants must be preparing for a career in environmental science or engineering, but eligible majors include biology, botany, chemistry, chemical or civil engineering, environmental health and safety, forestry, geology, laboratory sciences, natural resource conservation, wildlife management, or zoology.

They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Selection is based on those essays, GPA, a vita, and 2 letters of recommendation.
