Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Minnesota who are Eagle Scouts.

Applicants must plan to attend college in any state to prepare for a servicerelated career, including (but not limited to) law enforcement, medical, military, and public safety.

Selection is based on an essay, academic achievement, and extracurricular and volunteer activities.
