Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Oregon who are at least half Chinese ethnicity.

Applicants must be planning to attend an accredited college or university in any state.

They must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents and have a GPA of 2.75 or higher.

They may also submit documentation of financial need if they wish that to be considered.

Selection is based on academic performance, community service, leadership activities, athletic achievement, cultural activities, and financial need.
