Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Oregon and planning to major or minor in music at a college or university in any state.

Applicants must identify their musical talent as voice, violin, piano, or other instruments.

Along with their application, they must submit a brief essay regarding what music means to them and what they plan to do with their music training in the future.
