Requirements

This program is open to active members of the Oregon Army and Air National Guard, members of the ORNGA, and their children and spouses.

Applicants must be high school seniors, graduates, or GED recipients and interested in working on an undergraduate degree at a college, university, or trade school in any state.

The parent, spouse, or applicant must have an ETS date beyond the end of the academic year for which the scholarship is used.

Selection is based on demonstrated qualities of leadership, civic action, and academic achievement.
