The Oregon Promise Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of Oregon who have financial needs and are interested in attending community college in OR. Graduating high school seniors, college freshmen, or sophomores are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students who served in specific organizations related to agriculture or farming before entering college and to recruits in the National Guard.
