The Orner-Cook Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from a high school in Oklahoma who are planning to attend a postsecondary institution in Oklahoma. Recipients are selected for their academic standing and consideration will be made to financial needs. Special consideration is given to students studying languages, international business/economics, petroleum/geology, history, psychology, or sociology.
