Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in the Pacific Northwest (the states of Alaska, Oregon, and Washington; British Columbia and Yukon; the Idaho panhandle; and Siskiyou County, California) who plan to attend a college, or university, or vocational/technical school in any state.

Applicants must be members of Key Club International in good standing.

Selection is based on that essay.
