This program is open to enrolled members of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe who are attending or planning to attend a public college, university, or vocational/technical institute in any state.

Applicants must apply for all other available aid and still have unmet financial needs.

They may be planning to work on an undergraduate or graduate degree on a full or part-time basis.
