The Peace Officers and Firefighters Scholarship awards merit-based scholarships to the children of currently employed Peace Officers or professional Firefighters. Graduating seniors from a high school or homeschool in one of ETCF’s East Texas counties* are encouraged to apply. *ETCF Counties include : Anderson, Angelina, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Cherokee, Delta, Franklin, Freestone, Gregg, Harrison, Henderson, Hopkins, Houston, Lamar, Leon, Marion, Morris, Nacogdoches, Panola, Rains, Red River, Rusk, Sabine, San Augustine, Shelby, Smith, Titus, Trinity, Upshur, Van Zandt, Wood
