The PGAV Scholarship is open to students enrolled at Johnson County Community College (JCCC) in Kansas. Students who have completed 15 college credit hours are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students enrolled in the electronics technology program, who are recent high school graduates or previously enrolled college students.
