Requirements

This program is open to high school seniors, full-time undergraduate students, and students enrolled in a plumbing or HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) program at a vocational/technical school.

Applicants must be sponsored by a member of the PlumbingHeating-Cooling Contractors (PHCC) National Auxiliary who has been a member for at least 2 years; the sponsor may be a relative but not a parent, guardian, or spouse.

Selection is based on ability (grades, work performance, GPA); community, civic, and work activities; student activities; and need (physical, emotional, financial).
