Requirements

This program is open to minority seniors graduating from high schools in the southeastern Pennsylvania region, which includes Delaware and South Jersey.

Applicants must be planning to enroll fulltime at a college or university in any state and prepare for a career in transportation (e.g., administration, automotive, aviation, engineering, mechanics, operations, planning, research, science).

They must be a member of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

U.S. citizenship is required.
