Requirements

This program is open to women from any state enrolled part or full-time in a bachelor's or master's degree program in accounting or finance at a college or university in the Philadelphia area.

Applicants must have completed at least 60 semester hours of a 4 or 5-year program or be enrolled in a master's degree program.

They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Membership in the Accounting and Financial Women's Alliance (AFWA) is not required.

Selection is based on leadership, character, communication skills, scholastic average, and financial need.
