The Philip A. Haddad Scholarship is available to Orthodox Church members in West Virginia. Members of the St. George Orthodox Cathedral in Charleston, or any Orthodox Church in West Virginia are eligible to apply. Students must be attending or planning to attend a college or university. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need.
