Pursuing a degree or studies in communications including, but not limited to: advertising, journalism, marketing, public relations, graphic design, television, radio, film, photography, or multimedia

Minimum 3.0 GPA

Resident of Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Indiana, Lawrence, Mercer, Washington, or Westmoreland County in Pennsylvania

Attending a 4year college or university in Pennsylvania as a full- or part-time junior, senior, or graduate student
