Requirements

This program is open to 1) children and grandchildren of regular and associate members of the USMC/Combat Helicopter & Tiltrotor Association who are 24 years of age or younger (associate members must have prior Marine Corps/Navy service or be a spouse of a deceased member); and 2) spouses of active-duty Marine or Navy personnel who are members of the association.

Children and grandchildren must be high school seniors or undergraduates who have a GPA of 2.0 or higher and are enrolled or planning to enroll fulltime at an accredited 2- or 4-year college, university, or vocational/technical school; spouses may be enrolled full or part-time in a degree program or a non-degree licensure/certification program, even if they already have a bachelor's degree.
