Requirements
  • This program is open to high school seniors, undergraduates, and graduate students at schools in Maine.
  • Applicants must have a disability, including a visual, hearing, mobility, cognitive, speech, or other disability.
  • They must have a "B" average or equivalent GPA. Along with their application, they must submit a personal essay of 500 to 1,000 words on how their disability has helped shape their view of the world and themselves as a person, a letter of recommendation, and current transcripts.
