Prairie Minuteman Scholarship provides financial assistance to dependents of members of the National Guard Association of Illinois (NGAI) who are interested in attending college in any state.

Requirements

This program is open to dependents (children and spouses) of NGAI members in good standing.

Applicants may be high school seniors, high school graduates, or currentlyenrolled students at a college or university in any state.

They must submit a completed application form, official transcripts, 2 letters of recommendation, a verified copy of their ACT/SAT scores, and a 250word essay on their scholastic and professional goals and aspirations.

Financial need is also considered in the selection process.
