This program is open to stockholders, children of stockholders, and grandchildren of stockholders of Premier Farm Credit, which serves northeastern Colorado.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll at a college or university in any state to work on an undergraduate degree in any field.

Selection is based on academic aptitude, vocational promise, personal attributes, leadership, and financial need.
