Professional Baseball Athletic Trainers' Society Hall of Fame Scholarship provides financial aid to student members of the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA) who are working on an undergraduate or graduate degree as preparation for a career as a trainer in professional baseball.

Requirements
  • This program is open to members of the association who are sponsored by a NATA-certified athletic trainer, have a GPA of 3.2 or higher, and intend to pursue athletic training as a profession.
  • Applicants must be enrolled in a professional (junior, senior, or master's degree) or postprofessional (master's, doctoral, or professional degree) program and have at least 1 academic year remaining.
  • They must be preparing for a career in major league or minor league baseball.
  • Selection is based on that essay; athletic training experience; participation in activities, clubs, and associations related to their academic program and athletic training; and participation in activities, clubs, community organizations, and civic service not related to athletic training.
  • Financial need is not considered.
