Requirements

This program is open to high school seniors who are planning to major in journalism or mass communications at a college or university in any state.

Applicants must be Quill and Scroll members, including national winders of its Yearbook Excellence Contest or its International Writing, Photography, and Media Contest and Blogging Competition.
