The R. Berl Elder Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to undergraduate students who are enrolled in an engineering program in Georgia and have been employed by a member firm of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Georgia (ACEC Georgia).

Requirements

This program is open to students who are entering their freshman, sophomore, or junior year at an ABET-accredited engineering or engineering technology program in Georgia.

Applicants must be currently or previously employed by an ACEC Georgia member firm, including in a coop program, a full-time summer job, or afternoon work several days a week.

Preference is given to students interested in a career in consulting engineering.
