The Rachael Worby Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from a high school who reside in the Upper Ohio Valley **or** members of the Wheeling Symphony Youth Orchestra who are at least in their second year. Students pursuing a degree in music are welcome to apply.

Seeking an associate or bachelor's degree in music
