The Randy Sugars Memorial Scholarship was established by the Sugars family in memory of Randy Sugars. This scholarship is available to graduating seniors and graduates of St. Clair High School in Michigan who are patriotic and active in their community. Both recent graduates and adults returning home from military service are encouraged to apply.
