The Ray Carpenter Memorial FFA/4-H Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors from Canadian County in Oklahoma. Students who demonstrate financial need and involvement in FFA or 4-H are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students who are graduating from Mustang High School.
