Requirements

This scholarship is available to residents of Vermont who are attending or planning to attend a college or university in any state.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they have undergone a significant physical challenge or illness and have met the challenge with courage and perseverance.

They must be working at least threequarters time on a certificate or undergraduate degree.

Selection is based on that essay and financial need.
