Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Delaware who have participated in the ProStart program of the Delaware Restaurant Association.

Applicants must have successfully completed the ProStart Food Preparation and Pathways 1, 2, and 3 or equivalent.

They must be planning to attend a college or university in any state that offers a recognized culinary or management curriculum with demonstrated vocational outcomes.
