Requirements

This program is open to U.S. citizens and permanent residents of Hispanic descent who reside in the United States or Puerto Rico.

Applicants must be accepted to or attending an accredited college, university, or vocational/trade school as an undergraduate or graduate student.

Selection is based on academic achievement, community involvement, honors and awards, leadership, personal qualities and strengths, student activities, and financial need.
