The Reverend Arthur L. Green Memorial Scholarship is open to freshmen at The University of Southern Mississippi. Residents of Marion, Pike, or Walthall counties in Mississippi are encouraged to apply. Students who have participated in the Pearl River Valley Opportunity Head Start program receive special consideration.
