About the Scholarship

The Rhetta Ray Bailey DuBard School Scholarship is open to students pursuing a graduate degree in speech-language-pathology at The University of Southern Mississippi. Students who have completed practicum or volunteer service at the university's DuBard School for Language Disorders are encouraged to apply. Students who demonstrate financial need receive special consideration.
