Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Texas who have competed in a University Interscholastic League (UIL) state solo performance contest and earned a division rating of I or II. Applicants must be planning to attend a college or university in the state.

Preference is given to students planning to major in music and enter the teaching profession.
